Selected for Advising Lecturer or DPP for Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) Batch 5

September 05, 2023 – Universitas Negeri Padang proudly announces that one of its lecturers has been selected as a “Dosen Pendamping Program” or advising lecturer for the Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) Batch 5. This prestigious national program, organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology under the “Kampus Merdeka” Initiative, aims to enhance the practical skills and knowledge of students through internships and independent study.

Only five lecturers from Universitas Negeri Padang were chosen for this honor, reflecting their outstanding contributions to education and mentorship. This selection highlights the commitment and excellence of UNP’s faculty in supporting the academic and professional growth of their students.

Program Details

The MSIB Batch 5 program will run for one semester. During this period, Randi will serve as an advising lecturer for students interning at PT. Talenta Sinergi Group. This role involves providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure that students gain valuable hands-on experience and develop essential skills for their future careers.

Orientation and Preparation

The orientation for the selected Dosen Pendamping Program (DPP) from UNP was conducted by the Pusat Pendidikan, Pembelajaran dan Merdeka Belajar (Pusdikbelmerjar), LP3S UNP, in Gedung Bagonjong, 2nd floor. This preparation session equipped the mentors with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively support their students throughout the internship program.
